Resourcing Partner

Job Purpose

To provide high calibre Resourcing expertise to the business to identify, support and enable the business to recruit the right people at the right time to achieve current and future business plans.

Key Accountabilities

1 Provide high quality resourcing expertise to specified business managers
2 Work with business stakeholders and relevant HRBP to build and implement resourcing plans to meet the needs of current and future business needs,
3 Develop and influence Line Managers to undertake resourcing activity, including considering future needs and capability gaps.
4 Coach and support training of managers in CBI interviewing and assessment, equipping them to interview independently of direct Resourcing
5 Develop effective and proactive talent pipelines in partnership with the Direct Sourcing team.
6 Meet the KPIs for direct attraction
7 Build, develop relationships with and influences key
8 Provide timely and accurate management information on resourcing activity.
9 Contribute to the validation, review, development and implementation of resourcing standards, processes and techniques
10 Source, analyse and report on market intelligence / data for candidates, competitors and attraction techniques to information resourcing plans, and resourcing policy.

Measures

* Effective management and ownership of end to end recruitment process that enables delivery to agreed KPIs and SLAs including time cost and quality of hire
* Sound knowledge and utilisation of HR employment law relating to best practice recruitment including immigration, redundancy and redeployment processes mitigating any risk to the operating company
* Use of MI, recruitment tools, business / market knowledge to formulate a recruitment strategy that supports future business needs
* Demonstrable proactive use of a variety of effective sources to drive external talent pipelines, drive referrals, link into new or required skill areas.
* Effective relationship and expectation management of key stakeholders including but not limited to HRBP, Line Manager and Resourcing Manager
* Habitual evidence of the above through Hiring Manager and Candidate Surveys, KPIs and SLAs met, MI production and evidence of wider talent management / attraction techniques
* Consultancy skills - evidence of being a true consultant to the business and influencing the manager / process to achieve the right outcome for the business
* Proactively deliver talent / graduate / internship / apprenticeship schemes into the operating company as required
* Appropriate advice on and use of selection tools that identify future potential



Skills And Experience

* Has held a successful recruitment account management role previously, demonstrating in depth understanding of the end to end recruitment process
* Ability to effectively manage the end to end recruitment process to a high standard
* Ability and desire to undertake proactive direct attraction that has a direct and demonstrable impact on the business area's talent pipeline, direct attraction v. agency costs and future capability gaps
* Top quality / excellent consultancy and stakeholder management skills
* Project management skills (within recruitment world)
* Understanding of HR / Employment law including referencing, redeployment and immigration processes
* Understands and fulfils mandatory audit requirements
* Effective advertising and copywriting skills
* Effective project management, and campaign management (internal and external) skills
* Effective third party supplier management
* Effective understanding and use of the HR model to provide a seamless service to our customers
* Ability to coach and assist the development of line managers through the Behavioural Based Interviewing course and other selection methods
